Lined pants. Fall / Winter suit. Scarf came with the suit and matches it well, scarf can be worn outside as pictured or inside for a European look. Fits someone 5' 4" or shorter. Nice fabric...I think in the photo the fabric looks heavy and cumbersome but it is not so in person.

Not sure what you mean by true 4, but I was probably 110ish pounds when I wore them. I now weigh 138 and there is no way this suit is getting on to this current body lol
