I can't always ship them within 2-3 days as I have two small kids, one in school and in a bunch of activities and a baby and don't always have time to get to the post office before they close within that time frame, but I was in open in communication with you, and updated you as need, and you really gave me a one star. Smh!

dominiqueansari @charn20042005 I've had larger companies ship things after two weeks, me and you are different, it doesn't bother me if I get sometime a week later and if you wanted to take off one or two stars for shipping then fine, but to give me one star for shipping, wow, it really shows the type of person you are. Karma will take care of you, not worried about it. Please do not buy anything else from me. Take your business elsewhere.

dominiqueansari And the expected delivery is posh marks policy guideline to ship 1-2 days, we don't actually have to ship within this time frame. I usually ship within 3-5 business days and not over the weekends, per my own guidelines, as that is doable for me, and you are buying from an idividual seller, selling 10 dollar shoes, not a CEO corporate company like forever 21 or Victoria secret.
