Tan Hi Low tunic with detailed cut out sleeves

NWOT this top is perfect for the weekend or for date it has open put out sleeves and the back is slightly longer than the front. The material is soft and silky never worn only tried on new without tags. Has good stretch trust is 17-18 inches and waist same. Front length is 26” back is 31”. Says XL but will fit Med- Lg better Green B
