Tan Floral Tapestry Belt w/Black Leather Backing

This belt looks like it's never been used, so I am going to say it's NWOT. It's a beige tapestry-like fabric with floral print and black leather-like backing. There is a Velcro closing on the back and measures just over 30 inches.
