667 Tami Collection black & wine dress Size 2-3T, the size tag has been removed, but it is 21 inches from shoulder to hem, so about a 2-3T. Still has the outer tag. Roses on the bodice, black taffeta skirt, wine under skirt & lining, tulle at the hem to give it lots of flounce. Great party or pageant dress.
