Talulah Summer Rain Maxi Dress NWOT

Never worn TALULAH (by Madi Nelson) Summer Rain maxi dress in dusty blue. Adjustable tie straps. Would be perfect for family photos, a beach day, or a casual night out. This dress is flowy but it is lined (liner is not stretchy, made of same material as the outer shell of dress). Has a few loose threads but it is new and ready to be worn & loved! Would best fit size 12-14 depending on your bust size.
