jksumiec @snibs23 hi! These were worn by my tall eleven year old daughter. She’s about 5 foot and they went right up to the back of her knee but didn’t bother her when she was riding. The others were a bit shorter. The ones with the Velcro were a lot easier to get on and off than the ones with the zipper for sure but she did love them both.

snibs23 @jksumiec ok, thank you! my rider is about to be 11 but not quite that tall. I'm thinking maybe the other ones might fit her better. Any chance you also happen to have any warm winter riding pants your daughter outgrew? =)
