Tall Target pillar candle holder

Tall Target pillar candle holder measurements are in the photos. I am guessing it’s stainless steel. It has some weight to it. It is not going to topple over easily. Smoke and pet free home. There are some scratches as noted in the picture on the top. I don’t see any other flaws. Those are not going to be noticeable with the placement of a candle. Open to reasonable offers.
