This is a towel for dogs with a velcro neck adjuster, pockets for hands to dry your dog and a hook to hang when not using. I bought this for my mom’s dog, but it’s too small for her dog. But was never used. Size is 27x27” it’s 88% polyester and 12# nylon. Wash warm water, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low.
