Is this the old version of the doll and is it in the US? I’m really wanting this dog. I just need to know if it’s the old version or if you’re gonna update a photo and since it’s used, how is the condition? Does it work with every button?

So I keep clicking on the next button for the purchase then it asks me the question if I’m a robot I click the checkmark so then it knows I’m not and then it leaves and then I click next, and it brings up that exact same pop up this always happens what do I do ? I’m just trying to get the doll I know it’s not your fault. It’s just frustrating.

@madelinecoch451 well if it’s paid before the post office closes it can ship on Thursday afternoon, I always ship same day if possible. Now remember Friday is a holiday so mail won’t be moving again until Saturday, then it’s Sunday. Where is it shipping to, that also matters

I’m just trying to get a payment method to go through but my Wi-Fi is being really stupid at the moment so getting a payment method is really not working, but please do not sell the doll. I honestly want to get it. It’s just taking forever. Also my phone is a bit old so it’s very very slow. I apologize

I feel very very bad but I just had to reach out to technical support for help with the payment method. They’re gonna reach out to me in 1 to 3 business days. Can you please keep the doll on hold until then? I feel very bad for asking you this, I will figure out what’s going on so if you could please wait that would be amazing again I am so sorry.
