Talbots wool polka dot buttoned wrap mini skirt

Cute black skirt with cream dots all over. Wrap style skirt, with a series of large black buttons that go about halfway down the skirt to secure it, leaving a slit on the front left side. Outer is 100% wool, fully lined with 100% polyester black lining. In excellent used condition. Approximate measurements from flat lay: waist: 16" length: 19" Waist does not stretch.
