Talbots women’s blouse NWT

This is for a brand new Talbots woman’s blouse in a size 2X. It seems to fit smaller than that to me. It has 3/4 sleeves with a slit at the end of the sleeves as pictured. The blouse also has slits up the sides as pictured for better fit. This is light weight but would be great for fall. This is also 100% cotton. Thanks for looking and happy shopping.
