Talbots winter white or cream dress pants

No stains. Lined. Very small pils on inner thigh area. They look larger than they are in the picture. The lining on one leg needs to be tacked to bottom hem or could be left loose. All the pockets are faux. I wish I could still fit in them! The size is 6 or 8. Not sure. Waist measurement in picture.
