Talbots white silk polka dot blouse - size 14W

Talbots white silk polka dot blouse (will need a tank top) - looks great over white or black - there are a couple of pulls (I have tried to show photos) but even up close they are barely noticeable. Really pretty and great with black pants. Size 14W
