True vintage 1990s a-line Talbots skirt made from silk cotton blend in a lovely cream and cafe au lait woven chevron fabric. It has POCKETS! Fully lined. Invisible zipper center back with a center back slit. No flaws to note. Waist measures 31”, hip 42”, total length 33.5”.
