Excellent condition. Talbots Petites striped double-breasted button/snap front cardigan / lady jacket / sweater in substantial mercerized cotton. 2 seal front pockets, button/tab on sleeves. Great length. The color is white and *I believe* navy but it’s super dark and can certainly pass for black - which is what I originally thought it was. So cute to dress up or down! Size is Petite Large but is fitted and can easily work for a medium.
