Talbots sleeveless black flared dress

What a fun black dress with beautiful cutout details at the neck and hemline…very unique and pretty. Top is fitted with flared attached skirt and zipped back. Fabric has some stretch to it also.Measurements are: pit to pit 18”, waist 17”, shoulder to hem 41”. I’m 5’4” and it hits the bottom of my knee. Hand washable, 63%rayon/33%nylon/4%spandex.
