ripley96 Bust is 19" across the front, sleeve is 24" from top of shoulder seam to wrist, Shoulder to shoulder is 16" across the back. There is minimal shoulder padding. The material isn't bulky or thick. I am a 36b, but not sure how it would fit 34D. I had to google how to measure, so if any of them look off, let me know!
