Talbots size 10 Chartreuse Cotton skirt

okay, I admit the skirt doesn't look too great in the picture. I promise it will be ironed, pleated and nicely packaged when it is shipped out. but after the photo session I'm folding it up putting in a box so you'll have to take my word for it. I will say that this is the perfect skirt for the summer when you're working in the city. it's loose and light and when worn with a really cute white blouse and a pair of kitten heels you are ready for a day on mass transit!
