Talbots short sleeve top, size 1X NWT

Brand new with tags Talbots 100% cotton top in mint green. I was a little too big for me on the top so I stitched the “V” opening closed but it still didn’t work out for me. I removed the stitches but you can still see some small marks from the needle (see picture) Size is 1X
