Talbots red roses blouse🌻

Excellent condition red blouse from Talbots. Long sleeves with smocked wrists, waist and neck with ties at the front to leave open or tied. The stretchy mesh type fabric has roses cut out of fabric snd sewn onto the blouse with a raw edge. Size large. Measures 24” from armpit to armpit & 25” long. There are no tags, they’ve been cut out because you could see the white tags through the fabric. Please refer to measurements.
