Versatile and classy white blouse from Talbots petite in size 4P. Pleated front. Crewneck. Shoulder pads that could easily be removed if you don’t want them. Short sleeves. Button closure at top back neck with small keyhole opening underneath. Fabric is very lightweight with almost sheer quality to it. 100% polyester. There is no stretch in the fabric. Good used condition. Armpit to armpit is about 19 inches. Bottom hem across is about 19 inches. Top of shoulder seam to bottom hem is about 23 inches.
