Talbots painting printed skirt

This is a SHOW stopper. I wore this to speak at a conference, and I don’t have any plans to wear this again. The print goes all around, and the pleats make it move beautifully. It’s a petite size, so it’s length is perfect for those who are on the shorter side. All reasonable offers accepted.
