Talbot’s navy blue skirt with red hearts and xoxo’s, size 10. This skirt is new with tags. It has a side zipper and hook/eye closure, and flares out at the bottom, so it is a “ twirling” skirt. There is a navy blue lining attached underneath so you don’t have to wear a slip. I would say this an ankle length skirt, not a maxi, but not quite a midi. It’s so darling with the cute heart and xo pattern, wear on Valentine’s Day or anytime.
