Talbots navy and turquoise pencil skirt

Like new! Cotton embroidery on a polyester skirt with polyester lining. Hand wash. This is a great skirt to pair with a silky turquoise blouse or a flirty cropped navy sweater and some retro navy pumps. Gently worn, but no signs of wear. No pulls or fraying, zipper works perfectly. Lining is still smooth and in excellent condition. It has only been hand washed and dried flat. No stains or fading. Some size 12s run closer to size 11, in my opinion, but this is a true size 12. Skirt length is 21 1/2 inches. I am 5'2" and the bottom hem hits the middle of my kneecap. That ribbon waistband just makes you feel so dainty! :D Comes from a smoke-free home with no pets.
