The belt is black & leather-like. The shell is 97% cotton & 3% spandex. the lining is 100% polyester. It is good for weddings and other formal events. Cotton is soft, cool, breathable, and absorbent. Spandex is lightweight, comfortable, resistant to perspiration, elasticity, durable & strong. Polyester is smooth & has strength, flexibility, moisture resistance, and ease of care. Measurements are estimates We lay the dress down flat The shoulder is 15 inches between the seams at the sleeves. The sleeve is 5.5 inches from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the sleeve. The chest is 17 inches between the seams under the armpits. The waist is 15 inches across. The Length is 38.5 inches from the shoulder down.
