Talbots cardigan. Brand new without tags

I bought it Christmas in 2021. I admit impulse purchase bc I need petite in their sweaters but I wanted it so bad. I have never worn it at all. Girl Scout promise. It is just too big for me. Smoke free home. It has just been in my armoire for the last year. I cut the tags off thinking I would wear it and never did.
