Talbots button down sweater

Talbots New with tags button down sweater. Color orange, size XS. This sweatshirt is brand new with tags, but there is small speckling on a shoulder, it will more likely come off in the wash,( see last picture) I did not try to treat it as tags still attached. Otherwise, there is nothing wrong with it.
