Talbots blue, white and raspberry pencil skirt size 10

Talbots large floral pattern pencil skirt 97% cotton; 3% spandex. Skirt has a nice stretch. Zipper closure in back and vented. Waist: 16” Length: 24” Like new however there are two spots where there has been a subtle color bleed. Shown in the last two photos.
