Talbots black skirt with pockets, size 10

This is a great skirt with pockets from Talbots, size 10. Side sipper, front pleat, white tie for added interest. Cotton and spandex for a little give and extra comfort. Really cute on. Waist is 16 inches and about 24 inches long. See my other items too!
