Talbots black and white checked pants, size 10

These are a pair of Talbot pants, size 10, in a black & white checked pattern. They are 65% polyester/33% rayon/2% spandex. The trim is 100% rayon, coated with polyurethane. These pants have two functional side pockets, and two decorative back pockets. These pants are 10" from the top of the band to the crotch. The pants have a ~28" inseam.
