Bought last late last summer, and worn 3-4 times, then my weight dropped. They run a tiny bit large, IMHO, or maybe that’s just me. Size 22W (about 28” inseam). 98% cotton, 2% spandex. Elastic gussets in back of waistband.

@bigbadwolfe56 - we do not smoke. We do have dogs. Pants have been stored in basement in garment bag since last washing.
