This is a darling, fully lined Vintage pencil skirt from Talbots, ladies size 8. The fabric, 97% cotton/3% spandex, is eggshell white. With a whimsical design of umbrellas in red, yellow, orange, blue, and green, and provides just the right amount of stretch for comfort and a perfect fit. Features two front pockets, a fixed waistband with topstitching, a kick pleat in back, and zipper closure. Pairs well with many colors! Measurements (approximate, flat): Waist-14.5” Length-20.5” This preloved item is in great condition - the only noted flaw is a couple of very faint marks on the back (see last photo).
