Beautiful skirt from Talbots that is made from 100% pure silk. It features bright blue flowers and green leaves on a white background. The fabric has a quilted texture to it. The 1.5" wide waistband has elastic near the sides for a form flattering fit. Hidden hook and tab closure with hidden zipper. Fully lined. Slight in the back to make it easier to walk.
