Talbots Top with Gorgeous Detailing on Sleeves - Size Small

This top is so lovely that I wish it fit me! Thick and soft with these beautiful sleeves. The detailing is not delicate as it is on many such tops. It feels strong like the material does. Navy blue, excellent condition.
