Talbots Striped Skater Dress

This striped dress features an aqua and navy striped fitted bodice with a round neck and a solid navy circle skirted bottom. It is made of a ribbed material and has buttons on the left shoulder. The back has a hook and eye closure and a concealed zipper. It’s only been worn a few times and is in excellent condition. The size is equivalent to a Petite XS
