Talbots Striped Black and Cream Button-Front Cardigan Ruffle Cuffs Size 2X

This is promised to be a Talbots button-front sweater in a size 2X. The tag did come loose and was misplaced. The bust measurement shows 46 inches which is a 2X (18/20). This sweater is black stripes on top of cream. It has a gathered detail at the shoulders and a ruffle design at the cuffs. This sweater is in perfect condition.
