This is a Talbots Stretch pair of dress pants that is a size 14. They are new with tags and retails for $88. They are 62% Polyester, 31% Viscose, and 7% Spandex. They have a 35.5" Waist and the Inseam measures 30". They are in great condition and would be great in the office or any business. They are also very soft. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure the waist laying flat and double that for the waist measurement.
