Talbots Skirt Sz 2 A-Line Above Knee Floral USA Cotton Side Zip Front Slit

This is in good pre-owned condition. The side zipper doesn't go all the way up. I don't know if it's supposed to be that way or not. Please see pictures for measurements and details.
