This is a bright Lily Pulitzer inspired TALBOTS skirt. Size 2P. Splashy pink, green and white floral print. The fabric is a heavier woven 100% cotton with texture. It is fully lined 100% polyester green. Measurements of garment lying FLAT: across waistband approx 14 1/2 inches, hips across approx 18, from waistband to hem approx 21. The tags are attached. Never worn.
