Talbots 100% Silk Floral Spring Dress in Pinks & Oranges. Size Petite.  Shirring elastic band around waist and at neck.  Pocket along the side of each hip.  Very nice condition.  No stains, holes, rips, tears or snags.   Measurements are approximate and taken while the dress was flat and unstretched.  Double the measurements where appropriate and/or compare them to the measurements of other dresses that you currently own that fit you well.   Across Bust (armpit to armpit) = 20.5" Across Waist = 13" (but elastic will stretch to 18" across) Across Hip = 22" Length of dress from top of shoulder to bottom hem = 41"
