Talbots Red Whit & Blue Scarf

Talbots Red White & Blue Scarf is 65” x 16”. Great for the upcoming summer holidays. No material tag but I think it may be cotton or mostly cotton. It’s beautiful. Might make a nice sarong for the beach or to put up your hair.
