prettykittypaws @beechcreek hi! no darts in the back but there is a seam on each side of the bust near the underarm for a tiny bit of taper. Overall, I feel like this shirt has more of a relaxed casual fit and feel since it doesn't feel tight on my bust or shoulders like most button-ups do.
