GORGEOUS peacock blue-colored sheath dress by Talbots Petites. Beautiful flutter-sleeves. Hidden back zipper with hook & eye closure. Classic style, flattering fit. Italian flannel. Fully lined. I wore this dress one time & just haven’t had an opportunity to wear it again. It makes me so sad to list it because I feel so pretty in it. The color is so unique, too.
