Talbots Petites Safari Jacket with belt in linen and silk

I love silk and linen and this jacket feels great on. It comes with a belt. Light shoulder pads that I would remove. Looks new. Model wears size 4/6 and is 5’3”. Let me know if you need any additional info. I negotiate!
