Talbots Petites Classy Dress. I have a difficult time with colors and I feel this is a Dark Navy Blue but I could be wrong and it could possibly be a shade of black. I consider this to be a quality made Sweater Type Dress. It is a Size Small Petite. It has a silver zipper in the back to add to the styling. This is in good used condition showing some all over wear with color variances and discolorations but it has lots of life left in it. There has been stretching at the waist area There may be other minor imperfections since it isn’t new and has been used some. Measurements are approximate and colors may be off because of lighting.
