Hi. What materials is it made from? And what’s the chest measurement? Finally, any damages or stains?

@rb3134 hello! Added a pic of the material info; pit to pit laying flat is 17”. And no visible stains; some slight fading on the inside of the collar but would not be visible when worn. Thanks!
