Talbots PP Blue Ikat Pattern Elastic Waist Dress Above Knee With Tag

Beautiful shades of blue, aqua, dark navy and white in a stunning Ikat pattern in this T by Talbots summer dress. Sleeveless, above knee length, rounded neck with front notch, comfortable elastic waist with adjustable dark navy channel ties only visible in very front. Ties have tassles on ends. Dark navy stitching detail around collar, notched front, sleeves and the slightly rounded hem. 2" side splits on each side of hem. Never worn - tag still attached. Approximate measurements: Bottom of waist band to front hem - 19.5" Bottom of waist band to side hems - 18.5" Shoulder seam to top of waist band - 16.5" Waist band - a bit less than 1" wide Laying flat, approximate side to side measurements: Under arm - 17" across Waist uncinched by tie belt - 14" across Waist moderately cinched - 13" across Hip area (4" below waist band) - 18.5" across hem - 21" across 57% cotton, 38% modal, 5% spandex gives it some comfortable stretch. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, tumble dry low, cool iron if needed. Obviously, I never washed this but it feels like quality material that would be great for summer travel.
