This is an adorable cerulean blue lightweight knit cardigan with embroidered white polka dots. It’s from the Oprah Collection at Talbots. The sweater has 3/4 sleeves and buttons up the front. The fabric is a stretchy cotton/rayon blend fine knit. It’s a size 3X and in excellent condition. Measurements: Bust: 54” unstretched Length 25”
