This light-weight top is 100% polyester. I have worn this top comfortably on and off the shoulders. It can be worn casually with blue/white jeans or shorts. It can also be dressed up with dressy white or indigo blue linen pants. In the photo it may appear to be black in its design, but the top is actually indigo blue. It also includes a lighter blue. It is practically wrinkle free, making it wonderful for hot weather and travel. Measurements are shown in pictures.
